Viticulture
Viticulture and vinification of villa's Alexandros wine is being done by means of local traditional ways. Natural fertilizing as well as ecological plant protection are used for this purpose. Grapes are crushed on a traditional linen, pressed by feet. The mountainous grape variety Augustiatis thrives in our rocky vineyard and gives to the wine its red colour. It's a red, sec wine, made of a compination of grape varieties; the main is Augustiatis and it is compined with Katsakoulia, Stafydampelo, Koutsoubeli and Glykopati varieties.
In a natural room, in villa's cellar, there are wooden barels in which the wine is kept and matures. During your stay to the villa, we offer you our wine for free.
