Villa Alexandros is located on west highland of Zakynthos, in Koiliomeno village, 550 m above Koiliomeno. It is enclosed in a 6.000m2 place (about 1,5 hect.), in a panoramic area, where there are flower gardens, orchards, pines, paved paths and a private vineyard.

Koiliomeno village, with its long-standing architectural tradition, is located 500 m away from the villa. In the village there is a renowned traditional tavern called "Alitzerinoi" (www.alitzerini.gr).

Seven kilometres away you meet the deserted rocky coastline of the village, Korakonisi, where threatened with extinction seal "monachus-monachus" lives.
South of Koiliomeno, 10 km away, there are plenty of sandy beaches as well as the reserve of sea turtle Careta-Careta.
